CHEFS' GALA DINNER

To make our annual dinner even more special this year, 10 of Connecticut's best known Chefs are joining Mohegan Sun's Culinary Team for the evening. The 5-course menu, still being developed, will surely be one to remember.The participating chefs names will be announced soon. Chef Noel Jones of Hartford's acclaimed ON20 is the dinner chairman this year.

Our annual award given to an individual whose professional accomplishments have had a profound impact on Connecticut's dining scene, as well as on all industry employees and their careers. Past recipients have included leaders from all segments of the Connecticut foodservice industry.
