The Connecticut Restaurant Association today announced that Gary Crowder, Senior Vice President of Resort Operations at Mohegan Sun, has been named “Connecticut Restaurateur of the Year 2008.” This annual award is presented to a special hospitality professional who demonstrates exemplary qualities of leadership and vision, and whose career accomplishments have made a significant contribution to the industry.
